Job Qualifications

Prior HVAC experience required, 2+ Years. Must have a positive attitude. Good social and communication skills. Enjoy helping and talking to people. Have a desire to learn and grow. Have a desire to win! Have a solid work ethic. The ability to use/learn how to use various tools. The ability to use smartphones, tablets, and computers. Has a desire to work & grow in the HVAC industry. Must have the ability to work overtime, evenings, and weekends as needed. Must be able to pass a pre-employment background and driver's check. Must have a valid driver's license and be insurable.

General Responsibilities

Provides exceptional customer service to our customers – ALWAYS! Provides HVAC maintenance, service, and Installations as necessary. Willing to assist other business functions when needed, as assigned by the manager. Makes an effort to learn all aspects of HVAC, including system installations and ductwork. Adheres to all safety policies and procedures. Ensures job-site cleanliness. Other duties as assigned.

Pay:

Up to $120k + per year (Solid base wages + performance pay with no cap on earnings)

License/Certification:

• HVAC Experience: 2 years (Required)
• Driver's License (Required)
• EPA Card (Preferred)

Schedule:

• Limit of 3-4 calls per day
• Very Limited On-call
