Today I had the pleasure of working with De’Asia during a heating and cooling assessment at my home, and I can't recommend her enough! My cousin referred me to Mission Comfort, and I was impressed that a technician was able to come out the very same day to assess my system. From the moment De’Asia arrived, she was professional, friendly, and incredibly thorough. She took the time to explain each step of the process in detail, ensuring I understood what was being done and why. Her knowledge and expertise were apparent, and I felt completely confident in her recommendations. De’Asia truly went above and beyond to make sure I was informed and comfortable every step of the way. Mission Comfort is an excellent company. Ron Nelson does a careful and thorough assessment, takes care of everything, and does it all at a fair price. He's done work at my house for several years now and I highly recommend him.

I needed emergency help right away when my AC stopped working. Within and hour of contacting them help arrived. My problem was discovered and explained to me in detail and resolved. Great customer service as always.

Paul Turner was my technician today. He was excellent, of course! He made some immediate corrections on my system; he adjusted my thermostat first. Paul was very thorough in all of his endeavors. He demonstrated to me, all of the critical aspects of my system: surge protection, safety switches, dirt on my blower wheel, deficient air quality in my home, and humidity levels that were less than ideal. Through it all, he was a kind and decent human being. I am 87 years old and suffering with Parkinson's as well as a host of other ailments. He was patient and gracious. I particularly appreciated his willingness to explain exactly what was required to improve my system. He listened to me and my concerns regarding payment. At my age, I appreciate individuals who do not talk to me as if I were an imbecile, as if I am incapable of thinking. He reminds me of the students I have taught in the District of Columbia: careful listeners, independent thinkers, and forward-looking. I wish Paul Turner season's greetings and great things ahead. He is one of the stars at Mission Comfort. I am convinced!

Ron was great! Notified me before his arrive. Showed up and was very professional. When he worked on our system he had no problem showing exactly what he was doing and teaching me about our system. Really appreciate the opportunity to learn. Once he found the problem he fixed it quickly. Best of all the price for the repair seemed very reasonable.

Mission Comfort did more than just selling me a furnace and air conditioner, it was their ability to instill trust in them and their appliances. Ron took the time to explain everything to me before he started the installations. He even lent me two of his own heaters to keep my house warm before the installations. His workers were very patient and considerate in answering my questions. Ron is not just a business man, he is a good neighbor wherever he goes.

Update: I will leave my rating as is because they were nice to deal with. Unfortunately they no longer service oil boilers, unless you have a service contract.I have an oil boiler for my heat. It can be difficult to find someone who can service and maintain the system correctly. Had the annual maintenance done today. Very thorough job. Everyone was very friendly to deal with. Will definitely use them again when needed.

Mission Comfort will always be my #1 HVAC company to call on. They are without a doubt the best I have encountered in my 30 years of being a homeowner. They are very professional, reliable, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. How many of these types of companies do you know who will put a mat at your front door and put shoe coverings on to protect your indoor floors before entering?They are not satisfied until you are satisfied. All maintenance, installations, etc photos are taken and shown to the customer with a full explanation of what needs repair or what needs to be replaced.They are always open to any questions and are eager and willing to answer with complete honesty and competency.

The technician with Mission comfort was professional and courteous. My unit is very old and Ron and his team made sure they worked towards a proper solution to restore my cool air and keep the system running.

I highly recommend working with Mission Comfort. Each representative has been extremely professional, kind, and clear in all communication, scheduling, and repair work. We worked with Kamala and DeAsia and are still finalizing ductwork with the manager, but I really am impressed so far. I plan to continue working with Mission Comfort in the long-term for all HVAC needs.

Excellent service

I recently had the Mission Comfort Team to install our new AC/heating unit for our home. All techs were professional, straight-forward and efficient. It was also a treat to have the owner sit with me to discuss my purchase, especially since the cost was significant. The Mission Comfort Team was replacing a unit that I had bought brand new just a few years ago - which proved to be a lemon!! I'm pleased to say that days after the install from MC, our unit handled the 100+ degree weather days with ease! Thank you MC!

The work I had done was great, my Tech was respectful, knowledgeable and informative. The staff at the call center are wonderful to talk to and kept me up to date with arrival times. 😊

Mission Comfort is a great company to do business with. Professional all the way and totally customer service based. They spent the entire day installing our new HVAC heat pump system, making sure all was good to go. Friendly and willing to answer questions of any concern. I truly enjoyed watching them work. Bought the crew a large pizza for lunch. I wanted to give back something to them for being so great. Love the new system they installed.
